     Due to a large number of bulk mail items with incorrect addresses on them, the Post Office set up a new system, and required us to select a plan that would cut back on mail they could not deliver.  We have elected to go with the RETURN SERVICE REQUESTED plan.  This plan will notify us if the address is incorrect.  Sometimes, they will provide us with the new address if they know what it is, or will send us a yellow label that reads “POSTAGE DUE – RETURN TO SENDER – NOT DELIVERABLE AS ADDRESSED – UNABLE TO FORWARD – UNLESS HEAVY OR CARD – POSTAGE DUE = .42.   The system was in place for our December 2008 poop sheets.  We received around 130 poop sheets back that did not have the correct address on them. 

      We continue to get poop sheets back with outdated addresses, etc.  We will be listing individuals that we do not have addresses on, etc.  If you know any of these individuals, please let us know what their address is, and how we can get in touch with them.  If you know of a member that has died, please also let us know this.  Thanks for your help.
