Our facility is available for
receptions, weddings, class reunions, family reunions, company meetings, celebrations, etc. If someone wants to use
the facility, then they can contact us to check and see if the date they want is open. If we have no bookings on the
date they want, we put their date on the calendar, and save it for them. A Hall Donation Agreement is completed based
on what they want with a down payment. Our Hall Donation Agreement is shown for your information.

As shown in the Hall Donation Agreement,
this contract covers only the ballroom area of the Post Home, with table accommodations for up to 325 persons.
Seating for a larger number may be made by individual agreement with the Club Manager prior to date of use.
The ballroom area is 70’ x 72’ for a total of 5,040 square feet. A photograph of the
ballroom is included for your information.
The club dining room may be made available by
prior arrangement with the club manager at an additional charge of $100.00. Our club dining room measures
22’ x 44’ for a total of 968 square feet. Seating capacity is 81 persons. A

As the office is not open every day, please leave a message with your phone number on our answering machine and we
will get back to you in a couple of days or so.
A letter can be sent to us at P.O. Box 14, Russell,
Kansas 67665. An e-mail can be sent to us at vfw6240@ruraltel.net and the Quartermaster will get back with you in a couple of days. I
normally am in the office on Mondays, but will also drop by the Post on other days of the week. The
Post is a one story building, with all entrances at ground level. Contact us and make arrangements to tour
